Welcome to StoppOver Travel Agency(“StoppOver”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Canada-registered travel company operating under the brand StoppOver, owned and managed by our parent company Olive Tours & Travels,India.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

2. Scope of Services

StoppOver acts as a travel advisor, tour operator, and booking intermediary offering services such as:

1. Flight reservations
2. Stopover tour packages (We call it StoppOver tours)
3. Land arrangements and hotel bookings
4. Activity and experience bookings
5. Customized travel planning

We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transportation services, or other travel-related providers. All bookings are made on your behalf with third-party suppliers (“Prime Suppliers”).

3. Role of StoppOver and Parent company.

1. StoppOver and its parent company Olive Tours & Travels function solely as intermediaries between the customer and the service providers.
2. All products and services are subject to the terms and conditions, rules, and policies of the respective suppliers.
3. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating your booking and providing advisory and customer support.

4. Payments

1. All payments must be made in full before issuing tickets, vouchers, or confirmations.
2. We accept payments in our Canadian or Indian accounts as communicated during the booking process.
3. Cash payments are not accepted.
4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

All bookings are governed by the Prime Supplier’s cancellation and refund policy.

StoppOver does not determine refund amounts or timelines. Refunds are processed only after receipt from the respective suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, activity operators, etc).

2. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
3. Refund processing time may vary depending on the supplier’s terms.

6. Dispute of Charges

All bookings are governed by the Prime Supplier’s cancellation and refund policy.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

1. Ensuring valid passports, visa and travel insurance
2. Meeting entry, exit, and health requirements of destination countries
3. Verifying all booking details before confirmation
4. Visa are subject to approval by consulate. Denial of visa is not the reason for refund of any other services.

StoppOver or our parent company will not be liable for losses or denial of boarding due to documentation issues or non-compliance with government or airline regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

StoppOver and Olive Tours & Travels shall not be held liable for:

Delays, cancellations, loss, or damage caused by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
Changes due to weather, political unrest, or acts of God
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services
Sudden introduction or change in taxes by respective governments. Consumers are abide by paying additional taxes if introduced by goverments.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the booking in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
2. Any disputes arising from bookings made in Canada shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courtsunder the StoppOver Travel Agency
3. Any disputes arising from bookings made in India shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courtsunder the parent company Olive Tours & Travels.
